The Museum is located in the South East corner of Delaware County in the town of Hopkinton. The campus is on the Delaware Crossing Scenic Byway a route passing through thriving Amish communities and the beautiful Maquoketa River & Lake Delhi areas. The drive brings you north towards the county seat, Manchester. The campus is also close to the  borders of Jones and Dubuque counties, north of Monticello, south of Dyersville. The area provides many points of interest, opportunities to explore nature, shop, and dine.

Please, be aware while driving in this area you will be sharing the road with horse drawn carriages, especially, on the Delaware Crossing Scenic Byway. You may be required to slow down or stop abruptly & give space while passing. Allot yourself more travel time during rains, snow and twilight hours, when visibility is low.
